ABOUT BE
Be brings together a background in personal training, yoga, movement, and spiritual wellness to create experiences that support connection, awareness, and release.
Her work draws from practices including sound healing, breath-centered movement, corrective exercise, trauma-informed coaching, chakra work, Theta healing, and nervous-system-focused techniques.
Rather than separating physical and emotional wellness, Be’s approach explores how the body, mind, and energy can work together as part of a more integrated healing experience.
Her intention is to help people reconnect with their bodies, create space for release, and explore what greater balance and alignment can feel like.

THE EXPERIENCE
Embodied. Restorative. Expressive.
Sessions with Be are designed to help you reconnect with your body through movement, breath, sound, and mindful awareness.
Depending on the offering, an experience may include somatic practices, guided breathwork, sound healing, movement, nervous system support, creative expression, or energy-focused techniques.
The goal is to create space for greater awareness, regulation, release, and connection — while allowing each experience to meet you where you are.
